So how are we going to do this month? Does family income outweigh expenses? Did the investments do as we had hoped? As with many other things, there are personal financial apps that can provide details about these and other things.

Likewise, PYMNTS evaluates the same applications each month – in this case, it looks at a variety of publicly available information and application usage data and then scores and evaluates the applications.

Findings in this month’s edition of PYMNTS’ Personal Finance App Provider Ranking It’s the same as last month’s, with the top 10 competitors ranked in the same order as last time.

Now, let’s do the math.

Enjoying the highest balance, so to speak, is chime. This app is #1, as it was last time, with a score of 99.

Three points behind the runner-up, stash, with a score of 96 points. And this app ranked second last month as well.

He also filled the position he held the last time Robinhood. This app ranks third with a score of 94.

Another contender that retains its place in the ranking is Mint. This app got a score of 88 and held the 5th place.

Rounding out the top ten – which we’ve now confirmed include the same competitors in the same order as last time – is Stream. This app achieved 70 marks and closed the personal finance app provider rating of the month.
