Tesla is working hard to turn ‘fantasy’ into reality

Latest / July 24, 2022 / DRPhillF / 0

Tesla works hard to make what Reuters Fantasy called into reality. In fact, Tesla has already achieved the impossible several times.

After the Tesla Q2 2022 earnings call ended last Wednesday, Reuters This article was published on Tesla investors betting on “recovery and fantasy”.

The article said Tesla is losing some specialty but its assessment still highlights that specialty. To me, the article seemed a little on the downside and was trying to match the tone of the headline. This seems to suggest that Tesla shareholders who believe in Elon Musk and the company are delusional.

Is this the real life?
Is this just a fantasy?
stuck in the ground,
No escape from reality

– Elon Musk 21 July 2022

The author didn’t say it, but the tone was there. However, Tesla CEO Elon Musk handled the insult well. And it was an insult not only to Tesla’s shareholders, but also to its hardworking employees.

Tesla employees are as revolutionary as Tesla itself

Hiro Mizuno, a Tesla board member, shared his thoughts on the article on Twitter and is, in my opinion, 100% on the point. Hero noted that those who work hard to make fantasy a reality are always changing the world.

While someone calls it a fantasy, others work hard to make it a reality.
It is always the latter who changes the world and will enjoy baking while others bite the dust. https://t.co/nyt93cVORQ

It’s almost never talked about but Elon Musk always gives credit to Tesla employees. Even during the earnings call itself, Elon made a point to highlight Tesla employees.

“I think people will be amazed at what we can boast about on AI Day. So there is a huge amount to look forward to in the second half of this year. I would like to thank all of our employees and suppliers for their hard work during these challenging times. We super appreciate that.”

Tesla has already achieved the impossible

Tesla has already achieved the impossible many times. One notable achievement that has resurfaced in my Twitter feed is Tesla’s proof that it can produce 500,000 EVs in 2020.

I wrote about this in 2021 for CleanTechnica. For Tesla, 2020 looked like the company was the main actor on stage. She had four works. The first law summarizes the 2014 article published in Alpha search The claim that Tesla sold 500,000 cars in 2020 was absurd.

The following two actions were the result of the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic. First, the newly opened Gigafactory Shanghai was closed. Then once it opened, the Fremont factory shut down.

Despite all the challenges 2020 presented to Tesla and the world, Tesla still achieved its goal.

Tesla turns ‘fantasy’ into reality

Tesla has already done the impossible, many times. And all the while, critics out there were mocking and criticizing every move Elon Musk makes. He still does this today.

He seems to ignore the fact that Tesla has a history of achieving the unachievable. No one would have thought 6 years ago that electric vehicles would be so popular. We have a Tesla to thank for that.

Opinion: Tesla is working hard to turn ‘fantasy’ into reality
